- What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We would be happy to accept returns on unopened products returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to return a product you will need a return authorization number from wekenshop.com. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-519-445-4365 for your return authorization number. If your parcel arrives damaged, please call our office at 1-519-445-4365 as soon as you received the damaged product. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
- How fast will I receive my order?
Most orders will ship within 1-2 days after receiving your order, Monday to Friday. We offer a range of shipping options to many shipping destinations. Please visit our shipping page for more detailed information. In certain cases, we may be able to arrange faster shipping options. Please contact us by phone 1-519-445-4365.
- Do you offer a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a print version of our product listings.
- What type of shipping and packaging material do you use?
For shipping, we use recyclable kraft corrugated boxes. We use biodegradeable starch chips or recycled paper for our packing material. In some cases, we reuse packing material that we receive.
- Do you offer free product samples?
Some of our body care manufacturers offer samples of their products. If these are available, based on your order, we try to include samples of products that we think you might like. We also offer smaller trial sizes of many body care products. These can be purchased for a nominal cost allowing you to try something that you might want to purchase in the future. - What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard or debit card (Canada only for online debit). We regret that we are unable to accept cash, checks, cashier's checks, or COD's.
- Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, you can place your order over the phone during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9-5.
- Will I get charged sales tax?
On shipments within British Columbia, you will be charged PST of 7%. On all shipments within Canada, we collect GST of 6%.
- Do you ship outside North America?
We offer shipping in North America as well as to a range of international destinations. Please check our shipping page to see if we offer shipping to the country where you reside.
- What should I enter as my billing address?
Please be sure to provide your exact credit card billing address (same address that appears on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. You can however input a different shipping address.
