Shipping and Returns 

Please see our shipping and return policies below.

We are able to ship to Canada, the United States and many international destinations.

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, orders usually ship 1-2 business days after we receive the order. Most orders shipped within Canada will have shipping charges of less than $15.00.

Shipping method

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  

Duties and taxes US customers:

Please note that you may be charged duties and/or taxes for your order as it is coming from outside the US.  Duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise what duties and/or taxes may be applicable.  

Shipping surcharge for heavy orders

If your order is unusually heavy (generally weighing more than 1kg/2.2lbs) additional shipping fees may be incurred. We will always contact you prior to shipping if this is the case.

Lost packages


Lost packages will be dealt with individually depending on the shipping method chosen. For best service we recommend you select a shipping option with tracking capabilities.

US Surface (no tracking)

 - Our carrier (Canada Post) will accept claims for lost packages 75 days after ship date. We are happy to re-bill and resend your order prior to that. We will credit your account upon receipt of lost package or when we are able to make a claim with Canada Post.
US Expedited - Canada Post accepts claims for lost packages 30 days after the ship date. We are happy to re-bill and resend your order prior to that. We will credit your account upon receipt of lost package or when we are able to make a claim with Canada Post (approximately 30 days).
US Xpresspost - Canada Post accepts claims for lost packages 30 days after the ship date. We are happy to re-bill and resend your order prior to that. We will credit your account upon receipt of lost package or when we are able to make a claim with Canada Post (approximately 30 days).
Canada Expedited - Canada Post accepts claims for lost packages 30 days after the ship date. We are happy to re-bill and resend your order prior to that. We will credit your account upon receipt of lost package or when we are able to make a claim with Canada Post (approximately 30 days).

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase at wekenshop.com. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on unopened items in their original condition/packaging (returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee). Please follow the steps below to ensure that your return is handled promptly.

Return procedure

1. If you would like to return an unopened item in its original condition/packaging, please contact us at returns@wekenshop.com or phone us toll free at 1-519-445-4365 to request a return authorization within 30 days of the ship date of your original order.
2. Once we provide you with a return authorization number please fill out the return authorization form and include the RA number.
3. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from wekenshop.com.
4. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it was due to our error. If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake or if you receive a damaged item, we will reship the correct item to you at our cost. We will also pay the cost for you to ship the incorrect item back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, or credit.
